Who We Are

Paisley Lake Capital is led by Ada Cole, a seasoned operator with 15+ years of experience at Microsoft in business operations, strategy, and product leadership. Ada has a deep track record of leading billion-dollar initiatives, working across complex systems, aligning teams, and building lasting impact.

Outside of corporate, Ada has founded and grown:

• A profitable downtown Seattle coffee shop (est. 2012)
• A high-end, family-style delivery restaurant in Southern California

She is also a long-time private investor with a focus on operationally sound businesses that prioritize people and long-term value.
